*If your account meets any of the following criteria, then it can be exempted from the minimum balance service charge:
- The owner is a senior citizen (60 years of age or older)
- The owner is 50 years of age or older and the account has a direct deposit
- The account has been enrolled for electronic statements
- The owner is a full time student
- The owner is a town or county employee
